Return & Refund Policy

Cooling-off period
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to return it. After notification, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

  • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned.

  • Sale items can be returned unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Return shipping costs
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Returning the entire order? We will also refund the standard shipping fee you paid at checkout.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Exchanges
Need a different colour or design? Place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage.

How to start a return
We are launching an online returns portal soon to make the process even easier.
Until the portal is live, email orders@faniva.co with your order number and we will guide you through the steps.
