Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to every purchase made on faniva.co. By placing an order you accept them in full.

2. Products, prices and availability

  • All prices include Dutch VAT.

  • We may update prices, descriptions or stock levels at any time before you complete checkout.

  • Once your order is confirmed, the price shown at checkout is final.

3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers. We do not store card details.

4. Order confirmation and cancellation
You receive an automatic confirmation email after payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders (with a full refund) in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues or stock errors.

5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Please review it for deadlines, conditions and refund timing.

7. Defects or wrong items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via orders@faniva.co with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund including any return postage.

8. Intellectual property
All content, designs and imagery on this site are the property of Faniva and may not be used without written permission.

9. Liability
Faniva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and any disputes arising from them.
