Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses within the Netherlands only. EU expansion is planned.
Carriers
Faniva ships primarily with DPD. Depending on volume, destination, or service level, we may select an alternative carrier such as PostNL or DHL Parcel. The carrier is chosen automatically through our Sendcloud portal to give you the fastest, most reliable option.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment.
Delivery time

DPD: 1 – 2 business days after dispatch

PostNL or DHL Parcel: 1 – 2 business days after dispatch
Public holidays and carrier delays can extend these estimates.
Shipping rates
Standard Netherlands rate: €2.95 per order.
Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds are shown at checkout.
Order confirmation & tracking
You receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with a tracking link once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels cannot be rerouted once in transit. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is damaged on arrival or has not arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, contact orders@faniva.co. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
